職位描述

Project steering package including functions:

- Develop project plans, steering the project roadmap and ensure the Project completion.

- Responsible for coordinating project resources and ensuring collaborative work between project teams.

- Responsible for project review meetings and regular project meetings.

- Develop and promote project management measurements to ensure qualified project deliverables.

- Timely identify project risks and provide countermeasures
effectively.

- During the project management process, well communication with key project owners, steering the project progress, control project progress, and continuously improve quality effectively, with enthusiasm even under high pressure.

- Communication and event organization work.

- Regular project status report logically in English.

- Latest policy & industry standard interpretation andanalysis on potential business impact.


Project management officer (PMO) should:

a. Deputy of project leader, Support and report to the
structure project leader. 項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人代表，支持并向結(jié)構(gòu)性項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人匯報(bào)。

b. Support on project target setup, providing project
transparency, organizing regular meetings with core team members for phase

c. Support project leader on project concept, status and
summary reports editing, and presenting. 支持項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目概念、狀態(tài)和摘要報(bào)告的編輯和呈現(xiàn)。

d. As the interface of BBT-M-S, with internal and external
stakeholders (incl. MC and AG), for operational business discussions. 作為 BBT-M-S 的接口，與內(nèi)部和外部進(jìn)行運(yùn)營業(yè)務(wù)討論。
