崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibilities
1、按照客戶要求和項目進度獨立完成方案設(shè)計，確認(rèn)客戶文件的合理性，并提供修改意見
Completed scheme design according to customers’ requests and project schedule Independently
Confirm the rationality of customer documents and provide suggestions for modification
2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，樣機準(zhǔn)備、組裝，評審及測試，批量之前樣品確認(rèn)等
Responsible for new product structure design, prototype preparation, assembly, review and test, sample confirmation before PPAP, etc
3、負(fù)責(zé)老產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計改進優(yōu)化及降本
Responsible for the design, improvement and optimization of old products and cost reduction
4、負(fù)責(zé)小型齒輪箱（或執(zhí)行器）的設(shè)計開發(fā)
Responsible for the design and development of small gear box (or actuator)
5、零件外協(xié)過程中的技術(shù)溝通和問題解決
Technical communication and problem-solving during parts outsourcing
6、提供技術(shù)支持，協(xié)助解決產(chǎn)品異常處理
Provide technical support and assist in resolving product exception handling
7、負(fù)責(zé)2D、BOM、試驗大綱等技術(shù)文件的編制、變更與維護
Responsible for the preparation, change and maintenance of 2D, BOM, DVP and other technical documents
8、負(fù)責(zé)ECR技術(shù)評審，ECN變更
Responsible for ECR technical review and ECN change
9、協(xié)助新品試制
Assist in production of new products
10、經(jīng)理分配的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by the manager
任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、機械或機電類大專及以上學(xué)歷，10年及以上的設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗
College degree or above in mechanical or mechanical and electrical engineering,10 years or above working experience in design
2、熟練使用相關(guān)的3D、2D設(shè)計軟件
Proficient in 3D, 2D design software
3、熟悉塑料、機加工、鈑金等結(jié)構(gòu)件設(shè)計，熟悉齒輪傳動設(shè)計優(yōu)先考慮
Familiar with plastic, machining, sheet metal and other structural parts design, familiar with gear transmission design is preferred
4、從事汽車、電動工具等行業(yè)，特別是空調(diào)執(zhí)行機構(gòu)設(shè)計的優(yōu)先考慮
Experience in automotive ,power tools and other industries, especially in air conditioning actuator design is preferred
5、熟悉IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系和五大工具優(yōu)先考慮
Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system and five tools is preferred
6、有較強的工作規(guī)劃和良好溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力
Have strong work planning and good communication and coordination skills
7、良好的團隊合作精神
Good team work spirit
8、良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力，基本的聽力能力
Good English reading and writing ability, basic listening ability
