崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibilities
1、Periodic production line audit to ensure quality processes are followed by all employees.
定期對生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行審核，確保所有員工都遵守質(zhì)量流程。
2、Take responsible for nonconforming parts management, identification, segregation, treatment.
負(fù)責(zé)不合格品的管理、識別、分離、處理。
3、Handle with sudden process issue and take action to correct it.
處理突發(fā)工藝問題，并采取措施予以糾正。
4、Raise CAR for process nonconforming item, and chase to close it.
對過程不符合項提出CAR，并跟蹤關(guān)閉。
5、Organize team to investigate causes for RMA, reply the 8D report in time.
組織團(tuán)隊調(diào)查RMA原因，及時回復(fù)8D報告。
6、Work with project engineer to implement APQP process and prepare the PPAP for customer.
與項目工程師一起實施APQP流程，向客戶提供PPAP。
7、Prepare control plan, inspection plan and visual inspection working instruction.
編制控制計劃、檢驗計劃和目視檢驗作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書。
8、Take responsibility for type test with LAB, and take action to make sure quality of the product to meet the full requirements.
負(fù)責(zé)實驗室的型式試驗，并采取措施確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到要求。
9、Assures acceptability and traceability of product and accuracy of documentation
確保產(chǎn)品的可接受性、可追溯性和文件的準(zhǔn)確性
10、Actively contributes to continuous improvement in production process.
積極參與生產(chǎn)過程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
12、Control Assembly and Injection process and keep the self-molding parts in acceptable and stable level. Including preparing inspection WI and control plan and training inspector and operator.
控制裝配和注塑工藝，使自成型零件保持在可接受和穩(wěn)定的水平。包括準(zhǔn)備檢驗作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和控制計劃，培訓(xùn)檢驗員和操作人員。
13、Assists Manager in other related duties.
協(xié)助經(jīng)理完成其他相關(guān)工作。
Education/Special Skill Requirements:
學(xué)歷/特殊技能要求：
1、College at least, more than 10 years of experience in molding and assembly field.
大專以上學(xué)歷, 10年以上注塑和裝配行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
2、ISO9001/IATF 16949 knowledge in a manufacturing background
具有制造背景的ISO9001/IATF 16949知識
3、Additional quality training is preferred and good at Statistical Process Control.
接受過質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)者優(yōu)先，擅長統(tǒng)計過程控制。
4、Be familiar with FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA
熟悉FMEA, PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA
5、Good written English language communication skills at least.
良好的書面英語溝通能力。
