工作職責(zé)：

1. 在供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)零部件制作過程中的檢查，并及時(shí)糾正供應(yīng)商過程中出現(xiàn)的問題（焊接件+機(jī)加工件+鑄件等）；

Responsible for the inspection of parts manufacturing process at the supplier's site and timely correct problem in the supplier process, including welding, machining and casting parts.

2. 根據(jù)過程檢查過程中存在的問題，找出根本原因，并制定相應(yīng)的控制計(jì)劃，提高過程的控制能力，減少問題的發(fā)生；

According to the problems existing in the process of process inspection, find out the root cause, and formulate the corresponding control plan to improve the process control ability and reduce the occurrence of problems.

3. 對(duì)成套設(shè)備的終期檢查(包括尺寸、油漆以及功能測(cè)試)并完成最終檢查及測(cè)試報(bào)告；

Complete the final inspection (including dimension, painting, function test)and provide the final inspection report.

4. 收集相關(guān)的質(zhì)量文件及質(zhì)量報(bào)告；

Collect relevant quality documents and quality reports.

5. 處理客戶投訴，與供應(yīng)商分析得出解決措施，并幫助供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行根本原因的分析。

Deal with customer complaints, analyze the solutions and help suppliers to carry out the root cause analysis.

6. 與質(zhì)量管理和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理一起確定產(chǎn)品所需的質(zhì)量要求/準(zhǔn)則；

Determine with Quality Management and Project Manager the quality requirements/criteria for product acceptance.

7. 負(fù)責(zé)車間質(zhì)量控制工作，包含進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)，中間檢驗(yàn)和最終檢驗(yàn)；

Handle quality control in workshop include incoming inspection, intermediate and final inspection.

8. 根據(jù)既定的質(zhì)量控制過程執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商工廠的過程中/最終檢測(cè)；

Perform in-process / final inspection of supplier workshops as per defined qualitycontrol procedures.

9. 對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行診斷并做好故障檢測(cè)，監(jiān)督不合格產(chǎn)品/零件/過程；

Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality problems; supervise the non-conforming products/components/processes.

10. 與質(zhì)量經(jīng)理一起做好預(yù)防/矯正的管理從而防范不合格產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)；

Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance.

11. 建立質(zhì)量相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)庫，做好內(nèi)部監(jiān)控和檢查的數(shù)據(jù)登記；

Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for
internal monitoring.

12. 例行的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量控制檢查；

Perform routine On-Site Quality Control Visits.

13. 跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，評(píng)估項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度中質(zhì)量控制的影響；

Follow-up on the project schedule and evaluate the impact of the quality control on the project schedule

14. 做好每個(gè)供應(yīng)商歸檔程序；CreateFiling Procedure for each Supplier.

崗位要求：

1. Bachelor Engineering Degree with good foundation in mechanics;

工程學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上

2. 2-3 years' extensive experience in quality inspection in the field of heavy industry

3. Solid working experience in foreign enterprise
