POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述：
Manage lean&CI activities in MML AP divisions. Support and push divisions to implement lean&CI activities. Ensure divisions follow group’s standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)：
? Conduct lean audit to divisions. Evaluate the lean maturity and identify the weakness based on audit rules.
? Support weak divisions to improve the lean foundation to meet audit score target.
? Conduct regularly lean audit principal calibration to division lean leader. Make sure standard is aligned in all AP divisions.
? Push CI activities in divisions. Give CI training to divisions and lead the pilot CI workshop in divisions.
? Make good coordination between group global and divisions. Make sure group global standard can be fully understood and implemented by divisions.
? Other tasks assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS崗位要求：
? Bachelor’s degree and above, Major in industrial engineering or related.
? Have 8 years and above lean&CI related experience. Managerial experience, logistics experience and Automobile industry experience is preferred.
? Strong knowledge of lean tools: VSM, TPM, standard work, SMED, pull, leveling, problem solving, etc.
? Successful experience on lead shopfloor improvement. Multiple improvement in different fields is preferred.
? Result driven, data orientated and good interpersonal skills.
? Good at English, both written and oral.
