總裝工藝FATPGRR新品導(dǎo)入（NPI）工藝改良
1、參與新產(chǎn)品的早期設(shè)計(jì)，研充新工藝并提供評(píng)估建議。
Involved from early design phases of new products, study and provide proposal or suggestion to PD team.
2、對(duì)新產(chǎn)品提出的新工藝進(jìn)行前期制造方法研究，提供可行性驗(yàn)讓報(bào)告以及新工藝買施的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要水
Study manufacturing method for new process requirement of new product, provide feasibility verification report and product design requirements for new process implementation
3、評(píng)估產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的制造可行性，在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中發(fā)展和推動(dòng)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建立產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系
Assess feasibilly of product design for manufacturing, develop and drive manufacturing standards into product design, establish standard design system
4、新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)制造流程的設(shè)計(jì)以及文件制訂和發(fā)行,同時(shí)完成工藝參數(shù)的驗(yàn)證和定義
Work out process flow and work instruction in each NPI phase, and complete all of related parameter for product manufacturing.
5、跟進(jìn)并分析產(chǎn)品在制過(guò)程的問(wèn)題，提出臨時(shí)和長(zhǎng)期攻善方法以滿足生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和良率要求
Follow up all failure founded in production and have short/long-term solution to meet build plan and yield target
6、產(chǎn)品制造工裝夾治具和設(shè)備的DFM審查
Product manufacturing fixture and equipment FM review
7、其他上級(jí)安排的工作。
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by managers.

任職資格：
1、Experience Required 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：五年以上電子產(chǎn)品制造及工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
5 years above experiences in manufacturing/engineering environment on electronic product
2、具備產(chǎn)品何題分析和處理能力，包括DOE,CPK,GR&R,PFMEA等工具的運(yùn)用
Experience in advanced analysis & problem-solving, techniques including DOE, failure analysis, Cp, GR&R, PFMEA etc
3、能獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品線的制造流程以及產(chǎn)品時(shí)產(chǎn)出和線體規(guī)劃
Experience in production line development techniques including flow chart, cycle time calculation, UPH setup, line layout & balance, SOP, etc.
4、具備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和手機(jī)或穿戴產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
With experiences in mechanical design and mobile phone or wearable product are a plus
5、熟悉行業(yè)內(nèi)先進(jìn)組裝工藝能力，具備但不限于點(diǎn)膠，熱壓，冷壓，超聲波焊接，鐳射焊接等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
well known about advance assembly process capability in the industry, with related experiences in but not limited to glue dispensing, hot pressing, cold pressing, uitrasonic soldering. laser welding. etc.
6、有獨(dú)立對(duì)接外國(guó)客戶的經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言
With experiences in contacting with foreign customer in dependently is a plus.
1、Experience Required 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：五年以上電子產(chǎn)品制造及工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
5 years above experiences in manufacturing/engineering environment on electronic product
