responsibilities:
Administration support of GM and solution teams
· Responsible for General Manager Office's correspondence, including
business documentation, and set up documentation control system.
· Arrange business schedule; organize meetings and events, prepare,
distribute and ensure follow up of meeting minutes.
· Arrange business schedule for the departments of GMO and Sales.. , including air ticket, vehicles booking, accommodation, etc.
· Management of Driver and company cars.
· Visitors Management.
· Support inputting project data/information
· Archive and maintenance of solution team’s documents on a regular basis.
· Other Solution Team projects given by team leaders.
Sales & Marketing Analysis and Communication
· Set up a platform for customer’s (high level) information on their strategy, prod-ucts, product platforms, sites and capacities, organization and its changes.
· Update, maintain and improve the content of the platform above in collaboration with KAMs.
· Prepare and analysis relevant PV market data for management and sales regularly
· Dig and present data for aggregates where Miba components are applied frequently.
· Organize and analyse trade fairs, exhibitions; be in charge of show cases for products.
· Support collecting information of market participants /competitions.
· Support preparing and updating the site presentation (e.g. PPT).
· Publish site specific incidents or relevant information via Miba communication platforms, like blackboards, SUN, Wechat, meeting locations etc.
· Set up and arrange information events for site employees.
· Collect or arrange and edit reports for the site publications.
· Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business Administration, English, Secretarial or other relevant;
· At least 3 years working experience in Multinational Company; Automotive experience preferred
· Excellent verbal, written communications in English and Chinese;
· Good at MS office process, especially in Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
· Experience of customer service and international business
