崗位職責(zé)：
1. Assist in yearly budgeting, including volume, revenue, department expenses, CAPEX and so on, for both plant and project;

2. Assist in monthly financial forecast, including volume, revenue, department expenses, CAPEX and so on, for both plant and project;
協(xié)助工廠和項目的月度財務(wù)預(yù)測，包括產(chǎn)量、收入、部門費用、資本支出等;
3. Assist in company PDCA measures follow-up;
協(xié)助公司PDCA措施跟進;
4. Assist in new project acquisition, cooperate with project team to double check cost quotation, double check project economical calculation;
協(xié)助新項目收購，配合項目組復(fù)核成本報價，復(fù)核項目經(jīng)濟核算;
5. Assist in company long-term business planning;
協(xié)助公司長期業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃;
6. Assist in monthly closing, cooperate with accounting team, make sure revenue, expense and CAPEX are booked on time and properly;
協(xié)助月度結(jié)算，配合會計團隊，確保收入、費用、資本支出按時、妥善入賬;
7. Assistant in monthly financial result analysis, especially focus on deviations and countermeasures;
協(xié)助月度財務(wù)業(yè)績分析，重點關(guān)注偏差及對策;
8. Other controlling jobs.
其他成本控制工作。
任職要求：
1. University degree or above, major in financial and accounting related;
本科及以上學(xué)歷，財務(wù)會計相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. Minimum 3 years work experience in total, including minimum 2 years controlling or costing experience in manufacturing company;
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗，其中2年以上制造業(yè)公司成本控制或成本核算經(jīng)驗;
3. Knowledge of economic, financial principles and practices;
了解經(jīng)濟、金融原則和實踐;
4. Good in English and Excel;
良好的英語和Excel能力;
5. Good team work and communication;
良好的團隊合作和溝通能力;
6. Automotive industry background is preferred
有汽車行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先。
