1. 分析客戶需求并實施質(zhì)量先期策劃技術如利用質(zhì)量五大工具開展質(zhì)量工作
Analyze customer requirements and perform advanced quality planning techniques such as quality tools APQP, PPAP,PFMEA, SPC,MSA.
2. 準備PPAP文件，例如控制計劃、檢驗記錄表、檢驗指導書、檢驗模板…
Prepare full PPAP documentation as Control Plans, Inspection forms, inspection instructions, Inspection templates, …
3. 理解統(tǒng)計過程控制技術，并能將這些應用到車間
Understand Statistical Process Control techniques, and able to implement these techniques into the workshop
4. 分析數(shù)據(jù)，總結(jié)結(jié)論，制定行動方案，8D報告，更新控制計劃和檢驗指導書和模板，…

Ensure personal activities compliance with EHS regulations.

任職資格：
1.至少擁有3年制造過程質(zhì)量管理相關工作經(jīng)驗和新項目導入的質(zhì)量相關經(jīng)驗
At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing quality control related and NPI quality related
2.1Good knowhow and understanding of statistical process control techniques
熟練過程管控及對其有好的領悟性
3. High knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, geometric dimension & tolerance, etc.
對技術圖紙、幾何尺寸和公差等有很高的理解能力
4. Familiar with quality control plan, inspection tools and reporting, such as 8D and A3 report
熟悉質(zhì)量控制計劃、檢驗工具和報告，如8D, A3報告
5. Familiar with TS 5 tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP,SPC,MSA
熟悉TS 5的工具，如APQP、FMEA、PPAP ,SPC,MSA
6.Proficiency in oral and written English
