工作內(nèi)容: 1) Support PM handle the HRC Tasks including creating courses and classes, AP, library, curriculum and program, maintaining the e-learning in the HRC system 2) Work with SG Ops Operation to manage the room booking, room cancellation, arrange tea break and lunch order for training, liaise with facility team and AV team to ensure the set up of the training 3) Support PM to do the vendor onboarding, raise PR and submit GR accordingly 4) Provide daily response to the query in Dojo generic email box within the stipulated SLA period 5) Handle curious account creation for ECAS staffs and intern staffs 1) 支持項目經(jīng)理處理人力資源中心的任務(wù),包括創(chuàng)建課程和班級、AP、圖書館、課程和項目,維護人力資源中心系統(tǒng)中的電子學習系統(tǒng) 2) 與 SG 運營運營部合作,管理培訓的房間預(yù)訂、房間取消、茶歇和午餐安排,與設(shè)施團隊和視聽團隊聯(lián)絡(luò),確保培訓的布置工作 3) 支持項目管理人員完成供應(yīng)商入職、提出公關(guān)要求并提交相應(yīng)的 GR 文件 4) 在規(guī)定的服務(wù)水平協(xié)議期限內(nèi),每日回復 Dojo 通用電子郵件箱中的詢問 5) 處理 ECAS 員工和實習員工的好奇賬戶創(chuàng)建工作 技能要求 ? Good oral and written English ? Prefer admin/HR experience - 良好的英語口語和書面表達能力 - 有行政/人力資源經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
