Job Title: Transport Customer service
Reporting to: Transportation Supervisor

Position Overview:
- Fulfill external and internal customers’ requirements
- Manage and fulfill delivery orders by managing vendors and ensure high customer service level
Position Accountabilities:
- Recycle delivery documents such as ASN/DN every month and provide feedback in the format and by the date required by BBA.
- Prepare billing based on the delivery documents and ensure the accuracy of the invoices.
- Be responsible for handling claims and sorting and collecting relevant materials for claims.
- Be responsible for sorting out the application materials for project operation vehicles to enter the depot, establishing vehicle files, and monitoring the validity period of annual inspections/insurance.
- Be responsible for training newly recruited drivers and sorting out the application materials for name tags.
- Supervise and summarize the achievement results of various KPIs. Collect delivery information and forward to external and internal customers.
- Create related report.
- Handle emergency case.
- To complete other assigned work on time
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Preferably college degree while vocational degree or above is also acceptable
- Minimum 2 year of working Experience in similar position of warehouse or transportation companies
- Being familiar with receiving procedures, customs requirement, etc.
- Detail-focused and result-oriented, being able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Common computer knowledge with good skills of MS Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Basic command of English in both oral and written, CET-4 is preferred.
