Responsibilities 職責：

?Responsible for preventive quality – planning / execution and release
負責采購件的先期質(zhì)量策劃，實施和釋放。
For new parts in projects until transfer to series
新項目負責至批量生產(chǎn)。
For changes (ECR) until implementation
產(chǎn)品/過程變更負責至變更實施。
Cooperates with project manager (PPx) in multidisciplinary teams
項目組成員，協(xié)同采購項目經(jīng)理工作。
1.Responsible for dedicated projects and commodities.
負責指定的項目和物料組。
2.Support PPx for Risk assessment, TSD, feasibility confirmation and project time planning.
支持PPx完成風險評估，供應(yīng)商技術(shù)討論，可行性確認和項目時間計劃。
3.Planning and execution APQP according to Bosch quality requirements, such as LL, measuring methods/process, P-FMEA review, process release, R@R at supplier.
按照Bosch質(zhì)量要求策劃和實施先期質(zhì)量計劃，包括經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，測量方案，P-FMEA評審，過程釋放，R@R等。
4.Support the team to solve technical quality topics.
支持解決供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題。
5.For HT commodity PMQ need to support plant HT topics like PS,Process change etc.
對負責熱處理崗位需要支持工廠熱處理問題解決，工藝變更等事項。
?Point of contact for supplier regarding preventive quality – planning / execution and release.
先期質(zhì)量策劃/執(zhí)行/釋放的供應(yīng)商接口。
?Represents quality aspects for the sourcing decision.
代表質(zhì)量方面參加定點會議。
?Other works the manager arranged.
上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

Qualification required 資格要求
Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.
機械或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。

  • Skills技能
    Good knowledge in problem solving and quality tool application, such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC PPAP, 8D etc.
    熟悉質(zhì)量控制工具APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D等及應(yīng)用。
    Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, etc.)
    理解并掌握質(zhì)量標準(ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016)
    Able to read the technical drawing.
    能夠讀懂技術(shù)圖紙。
    Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
    良好的英文書寫和溝通能力。
    Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
    優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊合作意識，能夠很好地推動工作流程和體系的改善。
  • Experience工作經(jīng)驗
    Three years+ working experience;
    三年以上工作經(jīng)驗；
    Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
    具備合資或外商獨資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
    Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus;
    具有制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷或者汽車工業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先考慮；
    Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
    具備良好基本素質(zhì)及發(fā)展?jié)摿φ?，?yīng)聘條件可適當放寬。
