Responsibilities 職責(zé)：
● Planning and preparation for the new product line.
● 規(guī)劃準(zhǔn)備新產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)線。
● Coordination under the support of experts to ensure the new product line ram-up.
● 在專家指導(dǎo)下協(xié)調(diào)新生產(chǎn)線的實(shí)施。
● Manage the process development, include preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures before SOP, as well as quality planning.
● 過程/工藝開發(fā)的管理，也包括SOP之前的設(shè)備、刀具、流程和工裝的準(zhǔn)備，以及質(zhì)量策劃。
● Quality planning and preparation for the new product line. (PFMEA / SPC / Control plan/PQI and so on).
● 新生產(chǎn)線的過程質(zhì)量策劃以及準(zhǔn)備（包括 PFMEA/SPC/ 控制計(jì)劃/過程操作和檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)等）。
● Supporting the purchasing of machines.
● 協(xié)助采購生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。
● Development and planning of technology for the production area.
● 生產(chǎn)工藝的開發(fā)和規(guī)劃。
● Lead the new machine acceptance, spare parts, ram-up.
● 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收，備品備件，前期的批量生產(chǎn)。
● Technical support for outsourced service related to product.
● 針對外協(xié)產(chǎn)品工藝服務(wù)的技術(shù)支持。
● Layout planning and workstation planning of the related product.
● 產(chǎn)品相關(guān)生產(chǎn)線的布局及工作位置的規(guī)劃。
● Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and BPS team.
● 和生產(chǎn)以及BPS團(tuán)隊(duì)合作持續(xù)優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)和工序流程，研究生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍，實(shí)施時間測量。
● Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.
● 更新工作指導(dǎo)書和在線測量指導(dǎo)書以確保有效的生產(chǎn)。
● Investigation of new tools to reduce cycle time and increase life time of tools for cost reduction.
● 研究新工具降低生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍，提高工具的使用壽命降低成本。


Qualifications & Requirements 任職資格及要求：
● Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering major.
● 機(jī)械或機(jī)電相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷。
● Minimum 3 years work experience in process engineering in machining or assembly area.
● 三年以上機(jī)加工或裝配工藝工程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Strong technical background and knowledge of current manufacturing/assembly technology. ESD knowledge or E/E product experience plus.
● 優(yōu)秀的技術(shù)背景，熟悉現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)技術(shù); 最好了解ESD 相關(guān)知識或有E/E零件經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Project management experience.
● 項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, SPC, and process audit.
● 對質(zhì)量管理工具FMEA，控制計(jì)劃，SPC以及過程審核有良好的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Good English or German language skills.
● 良好的英語或德語溝通能力。
● Good knowledge about Bosch steering system products is preferred.
● 了解Bosch轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先。
● PC and EDP skills (MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD).
● 掌握PC和EDP技能(MS Office, SAP, AUTOCAD)。
● Ability to carry through tasks.
