職位描述

新能源汽車UGNXCATIADCAC、PDUDCDC、IBC
主要崗位職責(zé)：
1）根據(jù)客戶輸入，制定產(chǎn)品方案，協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)。
2）負(fù)責(zé)新能源汽車控制單元（DCDC、IBC、DCAC、PDU等）、車身控制單元的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
3）擬定、編制設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、圖紙等技術(shù)文件。
4）負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的樣件制作、測試及驗(yàn)證。
5）負(fù)責(zé)組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)評審工作，包括技術(shù)可行性評審、制造工藝可行性評審等。
6）負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)件模具及成型工藝評估，負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商的TA評審工作。
7）負(fù)責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)件的工程變更申請、變更實(shí)施等變更管理工作。
8）負(fù)責(zé)與客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)接洽和溝通；
9）按公司流程進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)布活動(dòng)，負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)及零部件設(shè)計(jì)以滿足功能，質(zhì)量，成本，制造要求。
10）遵守公司環(huán)境條例、產(chǎn)品責(zé)任和信息安全的要求。
任職要求：
1）有CATIA/UG（其中一種即可）運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2）有新能源汽車控制單元（DCDC、IBC、DCAC、PDU等）設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3）熟悉塑膠件、壓鑄件、沖壓件、橡膠件的材料特性、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及制作工藝。
4）熟悉注塑、壓鑄、沖壓、模壓模具及其工藝、材料，會(huì)模流分析者優(yōu)先。
5）熟悉幾何圖形、公差及尺寸鏈。
6）熟悉塑膠件、壓鑄件、沖壓件等結(jié)構(gòu)件常用表面處理工藝。
7）有Abaqus或Ansys熱仿真工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，特別針對新能源控制的熱仿真、流體仿真。
8）有新能源產(chǎn)品EMC結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、散熱設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者有限。
