Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance and after-sales service of electrical systems such as UPS/DC panels, including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and training to customer;
Respond to customer reports of malfunctions and ensure that problems are resolved within the specified time.
Assist the sales team in on-site demonstrations and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide professional technical consultation and support according to customer requirements.
Assist the superior in completing various tasks.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred.
Able to understand electrical schematic diagrams, analyze and do trouble shooting.
Experience in UPS system maintenance and after-sales service, familiar with the workflow of installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and training of UPS equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills, able to maintain good cooperation with customers, colleagues, and leaders.
At least able to read relevant materials in English and willing to continue learning and improving.
Proficient in using office software and UPS maintenance tools.
Responsible, proactive, with strong learning ability and innovation consciousness.
Strong customer service awareness and sense of responsibility, able to provide high-quality after-sales service to customers.

Able to adapt to frequent business trips.

任職要求：
