Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, [1]insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- 主要負責(zé)高端和中端客戶的開發(fā)，向潛在客戶介紹匯豐的服務(wù)，發(fā)掘關(guān)于銀行服務(wù)的需求并發(fā)展為匯豐客戶

- 負責(zé)銷售渠道的開發(fā)以及維護

- 負責(zé)前期客戶關(guān)系的維護

- 需要主動與合作渠道去接洽、持續(xù)跟蹤活動得到的名單和轉(zhuǎn)換直至成功開戶并完成銀行設(shè)定的工作目標(biāo)

- 作為市場開拓人員還需要確保有高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)知識能較好的與潛在客戶進行溝通

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements：

- 本科或以上學(xué)歷(國家認(rèn)可)；

- 優(yōu)秀的人際交往和有效的溝通技巧；

- 能夠在高壓下工作，良好的服務(wù)和銷售態(tài)度；

- 得體, 外向和具有說服力的；

- 有良好的英語口語和書寫能力者優(yōu)先考慮。
