Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing plans to support product launches and business growth .
- Conduct competitive analysis, segmentation, targeting, and positioning to define product strategies and opportunities.
2. Internal and External Event Management:
- Plan and execute market events and internal events.
3. Regional Sales and Distributor Support:
- Provide ongoing regional sales support by creating tailored marketing materials, tools, and campaigns.
- Develop and deliver sales training and distributor training programs to enhance product understanding and improve sales team performance.
4. Brand and Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and online presence, deliver consistent brand management across regions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and regional teams to align marketing strategies and drive pipeline management for new and existing products.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required (Master's degree is preferred).
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Medical Device Marketing are advantageous.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of international marketing experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales training, and launching successful campaigns in global markets.
3. Skills/Capabilities:
- Experience in managing distributor relationships, KOLs, and clinical study operations.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, customer segmentation, and brand strategy.
4. Other Requirements:
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple international projects and deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for key events, distributor meetings, and training initiatives.
