崗位要求: 1、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段從項(xiàng)目初期評審到客戶認(rèn)可全過程中涉及到質(zhì)量部的工作協(xié)調(diào)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié); 2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的批量認(rèn)可流程確認(rèn)和落實(shí)送樣認(rèn)可進(jìn)度; 3、負(fù)責(zé)向客戶提交新產(chǎn)品首批樣品報(bào)告(EMPB/PPAP/IMDS/CAMDS/ELV/PV)及客戶認(rèn)可需要的資料,跟蹤認(rèn)可結(jié)果; 4、負(fù)責(zé)核查客戶合同和質(zhì)量協(xié)議等文件; 5、負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控客戶門戶網(wǎng)站質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù); 6、變更管理過程(包含國產(chǎn)化和產(chǎn)地轉(zhuǎn)移)負(fù)責(zé)和客戶統(tǒng)統(tǒng)和提交文件等協(xié)調(diào)工作,直至變更完成; 7、配合生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量工程師分析、改善和跟蹤新產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量問題; 8、作為窗口人員,直接與客戶進(jìn)行溝通處理客戶投訴或質(zhì)量反饋,初步判斷責(zé)任部門并將投訴轉(zhuǎn)交給責(zé)任部門進(jìn)行圍堵和根本原因分析。根據(jù)責(zé)任部門采取的圍堵措施,回復(fù)客戶的8D報(bào)告,同時(shí)監(jiān)控客戶投訴的實(shí)施進(jìn)度; 9、挑選和索賠管理,完成挑選和索賠過程中挑選方案、費(fèi)用申請和審批、系統(tǒng)提交、三方管理、過程監(jiān)控、結(jié)算等相關(guān)工作; 10、協(xié)調(diào)客戶開展客戶審核; 11、協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理開展公司內(nèi)部審核; 12、完成質(zhì)量環(huán)保體系方面的管理工作; 13、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地提供各種質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)告; 14、客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)/建立年度客戶拜訪計(jì)劃及目標(biāo); 15、負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤體系文件版本狀態(tài); 16、協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理完成其它安排的工作。 能力要求: 1、熟練使用英語; 2、熟練運(yùn)用5 Why分析法和魚骨圖分析問題 3、掌握8D Process 客戶投訴處理流程 4、熟練掌握VDA6.3\VDA6.5過程審核\產(chǎn)品審核 5、熟練完成產(chǎn)品PPAP文件準(zhǔn)備及提交(包含IMDS&CAMDS) 6、熟練掌握Formel Q審核 7、熟練掌握六西格瑪項(xiàng)目 Job Description 1.Be responsible for work coordination and experience summarization during the overall process of new product development phase from project initial review to customer approval; 2.Be responsible for new product batch approval procedure confirmation and follow sample approval progress; 3.Be responsible to provide new product first batch sample report (EMPB/PPAP/IMDS/CAMDS/ELV/PV) and customer approval need document, follow approval result; 4.Be responsible to verify customer contracts and quality agreements, etc.; 5.Be responsible for monitoring customer portal quality data; 6.Be responsible communicating with customers and submitting documents, etc. for change management process (include Localization & Relocation ) until the change is completed; 7.Assist production process quality engineer to analysis, improve and track the quality issues of new product pre-production trial; 8.As window personnel, direct communicate with customer and handle with customer complain and quality feedback, initial judge responsible department and transfer the complain to responsible department for root reason analysis. As per the containment measures took by responsible department, reply customer 8D report, and monitor the implementation progress of the customer complain; 9.Sorting and claim cost management, completing the sorting and claim cost process, including scheme selection, expense application and approval, system submission, third-party management, process monitoring, settlement, and other related tasks; 10.Coordinate customer to develop company customer audit; 11.Assist quality manager to develop company internal audit; 12.Finish quality environment protection system management work; 13.Timely and correctively provide all kinds of quality data statistics analysis report; 14.Customer relationship building/ set up annually customer visit plan and target; 15.Follow system document version status 16.Assist quality manager to finish other assigned work. Skills: 1.Proficiency in the use of English 2.Skilled use of 5-Why analysis and fishbone diagram to analyze the problem 3.Master 8D Process customer complaint handling process 4.Skilled in VDA6.3 \VDA6.5 process audit \ product audit 5.Skilled completion of product PPAP document preparation and submission (including IMDS & CAMDS) 6.Skilled in Formel Q audit 7.Skilled in Six Sigma program
