Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要職責及具體工作任務(wù)
1. Responsible for safety annual action plans' implementation and achieve safety target, Be-care culture
? Group policy/requirements implementation at site.
? Whole annual action plans drafting and implementation cooperated with departments.
? Deploy normal operation of the company OHSMS and prefer necessary support and guiding.
2. Responsible for SHE relative procedures' correction and continuous improvement and running on floor.
? Keep and update the current SHE procedures and management system.
? Collect and update safety-related laws and regulations, organizes evaluation of compliance
? Actively manage and improves Environment to meet Government & Group rules, no any violation happened;
3. Responsible for the risk management.
? Lead or support the incident investigation and tracking the actions.
? Lead or support the Job Safety Risk Assessment among site.
? Lead and follow up the high risk reduction program.
4. Responsible for SHE team's setting up， Develop and implement safety tasks through training or meeting with the team.
? Keep the refresh training both internal and external for safety knowledge.
? Lead and support the safety relative training with different departments.
? Cascade the group policy and regulation at site.
5. Responsible for the communication, coordination and implementation of internal/external policies and documents, data reporting.
? Keep the communication with local authorities for routine check, reporting and activities deployment.
? monthly data report to group.
? Trade Secret Protection management
6. Others
? Perform other works that arranged by plant manager if needed
? Lead Plant 5S culture motivation and 5S improvement execution, strongly supports Plant manager.
Qualifications 任職要求
Bachelor degree or above.
Above 5 years relevant work experience, including 2 years managerial role.
Science and engineering, safety and environment relative majors are priority.
Fluent English both in spoken and written.
Logic thinking, good at analysis and solve problems.
Good ability in using of computer, familiar with softwares such as Microsoft Office.
Carefully working habit, excellent self-motivative and communication skill.
Good team work ability.
