崗位職責：

1.Take over leadership for Gentherm project development within a cross-function team

對捷溫項目，在有交叉職能的團隊中起領(lǐng)導作用。

2.Ensure projects are developed within the defined timeline

確保項目研發(fā)按照預定的時間段進行。

3.Review project status and define actions with internal project team members

回顧項目的情形并且確定項目內(nèi)部成員的工作內(nèi)容。

4.Participate in all relevant APQP tasks

參與所有有關(guān)APQP的工作。

5.Represent Gentherm towards customers, satisfy customer’s demands but ensure the interests of Gentherm

代表Gentherm面對客戶，滿足客戶的需求，并且確保Gentherm的利益。

6.Act as the customer representative:

-By ensuring the customer requirements are addressed during product design and development

-By ensuring the selection of special characteristics by the respective team members

-By ensuring the setting of quality objectives and conducting the related training

扮演客戶代表的角色，并確保客戶的要求在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和開發(fā)過程中得到體現(xiàn)，針對具體項目選擇特別的成員組成項目組，質(zhì)量目標的制定和相關(guān)培訓的管理。

7.Visit domestic/foreign customers to determine technical requirements and present technology solution

8.拜訪國內(nèi)外客戶作技術(shù)支持和作出技術(shù)可行性解決方案。

Collect and maintain project relevant data and cooperate with all the relevant departments (sales, quality, logistic, manufacturing, process & product engineering)

9.收集和維護項目有關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)并與相關(guān)的部門合作。

Follow up investment/cost/budget during project development

10.追蹤項目研發(fā)的投資、成本、預算。

Follow escalation protocol to gain appropriate levels of management support on potential show stopper issues.

11.遵循項目問題升級流程，對存在潛在停產(chǎn)風險的事件，及時向上級報告，獲得管理層的支持。

Manage, capture and process engineering changes for the life of the program.

12.管理整個項目周期內(nèi)的工程變更。

Ensure that appropriate technical interface during the product development cycle is established and maintained with the customer including providing support during field failures or other failed components when necessary.

13.在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期過程中，確保與客戶建立和維護恰當?shù)募夹g(shù)交流。

Bachelor degree of Engineering or Management.

工程或管理學專業(yè)本科學歷

Min 8 years work experience in product engineering or project management in manufacturing company

在制造行業(yè)最少八年的產(chǎn)品工程或項目管理的工作經(jīng)驗.
