職位描述

1. 處理國外訂單并錄入系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)客戶需求更新已有的訂單。 Check the sales order and input into our system, update the old sales order according to customers request.

2. 銷售訂單錄入后 ，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)下裝配線訂單，注塑線訂單及自己負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商的采購訂單。 After sales order input, issue work orders for assembling line and injection line and issue PO for the suppliers that following up.

3. 根據(jù)客戶訂單和生產(chǎn)的調(diào)整，調(diào)整已有的生產(chǎn)指令訂單。 Adjust the assembling work order and injection work order according to the adjustment of sales orders.

4. 跟蹤部分供應(yīng)商，確保其按照訂單的交期準(zhǔn)時送貨， 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商加工順序和生產(chǎn)需要的順序。 Following up some suppliers ,to be sure the supplier can deliver the products to our company timely,

5. 負(fù)責(zé)核對錄入供應(yīng)商的發(fā)票。 Check the invoice from the following suppliers.

6. 負(fù)責(zé)簽訂合同或下訂單后，需要預(yù)付款的付款申請。 Write the payment request for some contract and PO need pay in advance.

7.負(fù)責(zé)一些小項目的國產(chǎn)化跟蹤以及供應(yīng)商的核選 Sub-project coordinate and follow-up . sourcing of small parts

任職資格：

1、大專以上學(xué)歷；

2 、1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

3、具有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)及公關(guān)能力;

4、熟悉文字處理，信息管理工作；工作積極主動，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)
