BASIC FUNCTION（基本職能）:

Under direct or indirect supervision performs avariety of engineering and design tasks requiring application of standardtechniques and procedures. Use engineering judgment and responsibility toresolve customer inquiries.

在直接或非直接監(jiān)督下，按照對標準技術(shù)和程序的要求完成各種工程技術(shù)和設(shè)計任務。根據(jù)工程技術(shù)知識經(jīng)驗和工作職責解答客戶的問題。

PRIMARY DUTIES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要職責）: (Give measureable bullet points of specific jobresponsibilities the position is expected to perform in order to meet theoverall expected of the position.)

• Be able to finishoverall systemand component part design and materials list, proposals, layouts,installation, assembly and detail drawing.

能夠準確完成產(chǎn)品裝配圖、零件圖、安裝使用說明書等。

• Drawing checking andapproval for GA and Detail parts.

能夠準確完成裝配圖和零件圖的審核和批準。

• Developnew products according market and customers’ demands.

根據(jù)市場及客戶需求，開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品。

• Productsstandardization, optimization and VE according market and customers’demands.

根據(jù)市場及客戶需求，推進產(chǎn)品標準化，性能優(yōu)化和成本優(yōu)化工作。

• Following techniques and procedures, recommend selection/ application of standard or special products to meet customers' needs,including fluid control systems andcouplings.

根據(jù)技術(shù)條件和程序，推薦標準或特殊產(chǎn)品選型以滿足客戶要求，產(chǎn)品包括流體控制系統(tǒng)、聯(lián)軸器等。

• Generation of engineering proposals /specifications for standard or special products, including determiningcost-effective materials for production.

對標準或特殊設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品提出工程解決方案/說明，包括根據(jù)成本效益決定生產(chǎn)物料。

• Provide technical support to theoperation team during the assembly period.

在生產(chǎn)階段為運營團隊提供技術(shù)支持。

• Approve/ reject purchased or manufactured parts that do not conform to therequirements of the drawings.

批準/拒絕采購或制造生產(chǎn)時的不符合圖紙要求的成品零件。

• Field troubleshooting, including analysis ofproblems / recommendation & implementation of appropriate solutions toresolve satisfactorily. (ifapplicable)

排除現(xiàn)場故障，包括問題分析、提出并執(zhí)行合理的解決方案，圓滿解決問題。（如適用）

• Detailed failure analysis activities, includinginvestigation / reporting / resolution. (if applicable)

進行詳細的失效分析工作，包括調(diào)研、書寫分析報告和解決方案。（如適用）

• Be able to useappropriate engineering tools (program, software, theoretical functionsetc.) to do calculation for the product in-depth design and application analysis.

能夠使用合適的技術(shù)工具（程序，軟件，理論公式等），對產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和應用進行深入的分析。

• Create new or update existing standardsengineering databases, such as standard 3Dlibrary and design guidelines.

創(chuàng)建及維護工程資料庫，包括標準3D庫設(shè)計規(guī)范等。

• In the production processof Plan54 pump station and engineeredsystems, guide production andfactory test. (if applicable)

在Plan54泵站或工程類特殊系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)過程中，指導生產(chǎn)和出廠試驗。（如適用）

• Guide on-site installation andtesting for Plan54 pump station and engineered systems, solve the problemsafter the systems start running raised by customers. (if applicable)

指導Plan54泵站或工程類特殊系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場安裝和試驗，解決系統(tǒng)運行后客戶提出的問題。（如適用）

• Support to train newcolleagues, including systems and couplings design, calculation,application etc.

支持新同事的培訓工作，包括系統(tǒng)、聯(lián)軸器的設(shè)計、計算及應用等。

• Be able to finishother job assigned by Leaders.

完成領(lǐng)導指定的其它工作.

INIMUM REQUIREMENTSFOR ENTRY（基本入職條件）:

· Education（教育經(jīng)驗）:

• Bachelor's or Master’sDegree of Mechanical Engineering or Chemical machinery

本科或碩士以上，專業(yè)：機械設(shè)計及自動化、化工機械、過程裝備與控制工程、熱能動力工程、流體機械

• English ability ：General Listening andOral, Skilled Read and Write.

英文能力：具備基本聽說能力，讀寫熟練。

· Workexperience（工作經(jīng)驗）:

• Typically at least 2~3 years’ in plantprocess systems and equipment design knowledge. Better to have instrumentapplication and selection experience.

一般需要至少2~3年過程工業(yè)設(shè)備設(shè)計經(jīng)驗及主要儀表應用選擇經(jīng)驗.

• Skilled in drawingsoftware & Office software such as Sold Edge, PDM, Word, Excel andPowerPoint etc.

熟練運用繪圖軟件，如SolidEdge, PDM等；熟練使用Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）辦公軟件。

• Be familiar toproduct characters and design requirements.

熟悉公司產(chǎn)品的特性及設(shè)計要求。

• Master usage ofinternet tools about technology.

熟悉掌握與技術(shù)相關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡工具的應用。
