Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
? Responsible for the administrative work of Director & Assistant director of the Institute, including booking flights, hotels and making transportation arrangements.
? Support operation activities of the Institute, such as writing practitioner-oriented articles for the Institute’s website and WeChat public account, writing promotional materials for industry events (e.g., industry forum, company visiting, industrial and academic exchange activities) organized by the Institute.
? Support application-oriented research activities of the Institute, such as business information searching and collating, case writing, industry report writing, practitioner-oriented book writing, etc.
? Other supportive activities if in need.
Job Requirements:
? Strong interest in industry-academia collaboration.
? Master’s degree in business administration fields (for Research fellow/Research assistant), operations management/supply chain management related education backgrounds are preferred.
? 1-2yrs related working experience in education or training preferred.
? Proven abilities in professional writing (in certain forms of outputs listed in “Job responsibilities”).
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both academic and industry professionals.
? Able to commit for at least 1 year.
