致力于公司車房質(zhì)量的整體管理。含質(zhì)量部人員管理，質(zhì)量預(yù)算，質(zhì)量目標(biāo)管理，體系策劃與執(zhí)行，產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證及客訴處理等。
Engage WX Rx quality management including structure quality team, quality budget, quality KIPs, QMS
planning and implementation, validation and customer compliant handling etc.

業(yè)務(wù)/職能的范圍——主要專業(yè)領(lǐng)域/崗位職責(zé)
Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
1. 全面負(fù)責(zé)車房的質(zhì)量管理工作.
Responsible for the overall quality management of the Rx Lab.
2. 主導(dǎo)萬新車房產(chǎn)品進(jìn)入市場前的技術(shù)、合規(guī)確認(rèn)。根據(jù)依視路工程項(xiàng)目要求及目標(biāo)，主導(dǎo)對(duì)萬新公
司車房產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行階段性的驗(yàn)證與確認(rèn)
Lead the product release/market release to Wanxin products launched in Gr. China market. .
Lead Wanxin network products validation to support Engineering projects.
3. 主導(dǎo)萬新車房質(zhì)量管理體系的部署及監(jiān)督其執(zhí)行；
Lead Wanxin Rx lab quality management system deployment and monitoring its effectiveness.
4. 確保適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y源和流程以滿足日常質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)工作的開展。Ensure appropriate resources and
processes are in place to for the day-to-day quality inspection work.
5. 5M1E 變更管理驗(yàn)證與確認(rèn)
Lead 5M1E change validation
6. 主導(dǎo)車房測(cè)量監(jiān)視設(shè)備的內(nèi)外校
Lead Rx measurement system internal-external calibration.
7. 推動(dòng)質(zhì)量異常，不合格產(chǎn)品的處置與改善
Quality issues/NCs handling and corrective action planning and deployment.
8. 測(cè)量系統(tǒng)及測(cè)試方法的總體管理，含測(cè)試技術(shù)，人員能力培訓(xùn)，設(shè)備狀態(tài)等
Test method management
9. 客訴處理
Customer complaint handling
10. 完成職能負(fù)責(zé)人安排的其它工作
Complete other work assigned by the team leader.

任職資格
Qualifications
經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Experience ? 具 5 年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Above 5 years of quality management experience in industry
? 熟悉鏡片生產(chǎn)制造流程優(yōu)先
Being familiar with the optical lens manufacturing process is a plus
? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及分析能力
Good communication/coordinate and data analytical capability
? 理工類學(xué)歷專業(yè)背景
Engineering professional background
? 熟悉鏡片的相關(guān)國際國家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及法規(guī)者優(yōu)先:ISO /GB/QB/ANSI
Be familiar with related ISO/GB/QB/ANSI standards of lens industry and
regulatory is preferred

技能
Skills
1. With good oral and written English skill, Chinese is a must
具備良好的英語聽說讀寫技能.中文是基本要求.
2. Team management/Open mind / creative / Good communication skill
團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，思維開闊,有創(chuàng)造力.良好的溝通技能
3. Rich and systematical experience on Quality theories and 5 tools.
熟悉質(zhì)量理論與 5 大工具
4. National quality engineer certification/6 sigma black belt /reliability
engineer certification is preferable.
國家注冊(cè)質(zhì)量工程師/6 西格瑪黑帶/注冊(cè)可靠性工程師優(yōu)先
5. Project Management experience is preferred
具備項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先
