市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷市場(chǎng)推廣市場(chǎng)策劃

崗位職責(zé)：


1、開發(fā)和執(zhí)行渠道通路營(yíng)銷策略。通過分析調(diào)研渠道競(jìng)品和消費(fèi)者需求，設(shè)計(jì)有效的渠道營(yíng)銷策略，提高品牌的知名度和市場(chǎng)份額。

2、主導(dǎo)策劃和執(zhí)行各類市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)：前期進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備，期間落實(shí)執(zhí)行，后期總結(jié)提升，并與其他部門密切合作，包括產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)、供應(yīng)鏈等，確保市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行；

3、管理終端物料/道具/禮品，且有簡(jiǎn)單的設(shè)計(jì)能力，協(xié)調(diào)制作、物流、出入庫(kù)和庫(kù)存管理，并監(jiān)控終端使用情況，達(dá)到費(fèi)效比和使用效果的最大化；

4、制定渠道及品類銷售指標(biāo)及通路預(yù)算管理。

5、制定品類渠道及消費(fèi)者端促銷方案；

6、監(jiān)控品類銷售數(shù)據(jù)，定期分析并優(yōu)化銷售策略，提高銷售效果。


任職要求：


1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，有兩年以上市場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有視光相關(guān)專業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先；

2、具備熟練細(xì)致的收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析數(shù)據(jù)能力，熟練運(yùn)用excel，ppt；

3、具有B2B和B2C營(yíng)銷敏銳度，有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

4、有較高的工作執(zhí)行力，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能適應(yīng)短途出差。
