Responsibilities and Duties
Analyze business requirements and provide sound system solutions.
Develop detailed designs of applications.
Responsible for the development of high quality, scalable and maintainable systems.
Build innovative solutions and technologies to improve quality and performance.
Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary and communicate with any team member involved in the project.
Support end-users in runtime (e.g third line support).
Identify the improvement opportunity and optimize the performance of system.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor and/or Master degree with majors in, but not limited to, computer, automation, electrical engineering, information technology, etc..
Strong communications skills.
Good learning agility, strong interesting in IT career development.
Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
A good team player.
Good thinking and problem solving skill.
Excellent oral and written English or Japanese skills.
Good service mindset.
Good understanding in Salesforce configuration and customization and related development tools.
Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
