壓縮機研發(fā)機械設計降本項目
Job Description

Responsible to analyze product cost structure, generate product optimization ideas, study and validate feasibility of product changes to get cost saving or maintain supply chain safety. Participate or lead cost optimization activities.

Job Responsibilities

? PCR role in CD projects, including: develop test plan by using design tools as FMEA and risk management, follow up and evaluate test results. Prepare all deliverables of design review in each milestone stage, manage engineering documents changes, technical problem solving during change execution.
? Evaluate product, components, materials and process for product optimization opportunities. Design to cost and manufacturing. Driving optimization ideas through the organization.
? Conduct preliminary validation and research of cost saving ideas to ensure their feasibility and effectiveness.
? Using simulation and calculation tools for design improvements.
? Analyzing concepts, simulation and test results to incorporate them into product optimizations.
? Cooperation with purchasing and processing engineer to evaluate and implement the ideas/concepts.

Background & Skills

? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Compressor, etc.
? At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development or engineering. With experience in cost down is preferred.
? Good communication and coordination skills.
? Good analytical and problem solving skills, familiar with quality tools such as 8D, FTA, 6-Sigma.
? Practical experience with technology scouting, innovation, development, verification and validation of mechanical.
? Good English skill, can communicate independently.
