崗位職責(zé):

1. R&D building's facility and public area management, ensure the safe and reliable building facility operations.
2. Supervision on building public area, rectify the unsafe factors identified. Supervise internal and external contractors in coordinate with EHS responsible on facility deficiencies and inspections. Emergency facility (including fire extinguishers & fire hydrant, emergency shower etc.) inspection and governance.
3. Take part in campus building maintenance and reliability guidelines and corresponding methodologies, to improve service performance in terms of safety and quality, cost and schedule control.
4. Act as the contact bridge of building operation team internally to users, externally to peer site teams.
5. Maintain all logs and documentation about building operation record (including power, water, gas consumption), MOC, maintenance record and work permits and regulatory inspection service.
6. Manage the work permit, including issue the permit, on-site inspection etc.
7. Manage the building assets and maintain the layout/ drawings up-to-date.
8. Be involved in MOC process to ensure the change is compliant with local and BASF internal regulations.

? Education: Above Bachelor majored in Engineering.
? Working Experience: more than 8 years working experience, which including working experience in engineering management of R&D center, preferably lab design experience.
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Be familiar with the local laws and regulation, understand operation requirement of R&D building/lab.
? Good communication skill in English & Chinese. CAD.
