- 1. Responsible for the whole lifecycle management of facilities including equipment, tools and systems, lead and implement the preventive, predictive, timely maintenance, calibration and repair work, including handling the orders for necessary maintenance spare parts, which ensure the factory operation in high reliability.
- 2. Make annual maintenance budget plan, monitor, and control maintenance cost within budget and factory target.
- 3. Define and plan the regular maintenance work combine with the factory production schedule.
- 4. Manage and supervise the maintenance engineers work, including the necessary trainings.
- 5. Manage the annual maintenance agreement with subcontractors. Supervise the external supplier’s maintenance work in factory, ensure the supplier work with safe, good quality and in time.
- 6. Take part in factory investment projects as needed. Involve in design, upgrading / modification on existing equipment, supervise site installation/ modification work and ensure the safety and quality.
- 7. Develop and update the detailed maintenance task list for all existing and new equipment.
- 8. Manage all the production equipment, tool and instrument calibration and certifying progress.
- 9. Manage the urgent trouble shooting of critical factory facility, tool and equipment, in order to shorten the production or FAT break down time.
- 10. Manage fixed asset after new equipment installation or equipment upgrade, including the existing ones.
- 11. Lead and continuously improve the energy saving in whole factory field.
- 12. Support QEHS manager on factory EHS matters.
- 13. Factory cleanness implementation in maintenance daily work.
- 14. Other works assigned by the production manager.

- Qualification Description
- 1.Bachelor’s degree in engineering education background， electrical is an advantage.
- 2. Good communication skill, including English writing and speaking.
- 3. More than 5 years working experience in facility management in heavy industry.
- 4. Good sense and skills in facility cost planning, monitoring and control.
- 5. Familiar with factory equipment such as crane, forklift, mover and air conditioning system, be capable of leading maintenance and repair work.
- 6. Familiar with office software tools.
- 7. Electrician Certificate, HV/LV working certificate is a plus.
